What We Believe
God
There is one true God, eternally existing in three Persons, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. These three exist equally as one true and everlasting God. God created the world, and by His power, sustains all of creation.

Jesus Christ
Jesus is the son of the living God. By the power of the almighty, He was born of the Virgin Mary and became flesh and blood, without ceasing to be God. He willingly died on a cross as a perfect sacrifice, paying the debt for our sins. On the third day, Jesus rose from the dead and ascended into heaven where He now sits at the right hand of God.

Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is equal with the Father and the Son. He makes people aware of their need for Christ, indwells and empowers the believer and His presence in our life is a seal and guarantee that we are God's children. The Holy Spirit gives believers spiritual gifts that we are to use in service to others.

The Bible
The Bible is the inspired word of God and is the final authority in life and doctrine.

Salvation
Man was created in the image of God to have fellowship with, and to glorify God. However, because of our sins, we have been separated from our creator and corrupted in our very nature. Everyone who has ever lived, except Jesus Christ, has sinned against God and is in need of salvation. Salvation is only available through the person and work of Jesus Christ. Salvation is the free gift of God's grace and cannot be earned in any way.
Church
The church is the body of Christ’s disciples on earth, empowered by the Holy Spirit to continue the task of reaching the lost and equipping the saved to become fully devoted followers of Christ.

Baptism
Baptism is an act of obedience that symbolizes the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is a testimony to our death to sin and resurrection to new life. Baptism is also a sign of fellowship and identification with the Church, which is the visible body of Christ. We believe that baptism is to be by immersion in water.

Communion
The Lord's Supper is a commemoration and proclamation of the death of Jesus Christ. The bread and juice of communion represent the body and blood of the savior. The Lord's Supper is an actual communion with the risen Christ, who is present in a spiritual way. We offer the Lord's Supper weekly. Believers should use this time to remember Christ and his death, examine their lives and ask God for forgiveness, and recommit their lives in service to Christ.
